These Freelancer Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply when you offer or provide services as a Freelancer.

• You are an independent contractor and responsible for your own taxes, insurance, tools and legal compliance.
• You will describe your services and skills honestly and deliver work of the agreed scope and quality, on time.
• You will communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality of Client materials.
• You will not sub-contract or misrepresent authorship without disclosure and the Client’s consent.
• You authorise deduction of the 10% withdrawal fee from your withdrawals, and agree to the payout and non-circumvention rules.
• You will comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the Client’s.
