These Client Terms supplement the Terms of Use and apply when you engage Freelancers or buy services.

• You will describe your requirements clearly and provide the materials and access a Freelancer reasonably needs.
• You will fund Engagements into escrow before work begins and release payment promptly once deliverables meet the agreed scope.
• You will review deliverables in good faith and use the dispute process rather than withholding payment unfairly.
• You will respect Freelancers’ intellectual property and any agreed licence terms until ownership transfers on payment.
• You will not use the Platform to source unlawful work or to circumvent the non-circumvention rule, and will comply with all applicable laws.
