This Acceptable Use Policy sets out conduct that is not permitted on the Platform. It applies to all Users and supplements the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

You must not:

• Engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Post false, misleading or plagiarised profiles, proposals or reviews.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Upload malware, or attempt to hack, scrape, overload or disrupt the Platform.
• Circumvent the withdrawal fee or take Engagements off-platform in breach of the non-circumvention rule.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
• Post sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful or harmful content.
• Offer or request illegal services, prohibited academic-dishonesty services, weapons, drugs, or other restricted goods and services.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity, skills or affiliation.
• Collect or misuse other Users’ data, or send spam or unsolicited marketing.
