This Policy explains how payments, escrow and fees work on the Platform. It forms part of the Terms of Use.
1. Escrow
Clients fund Engagements into secure escrow held with our licensed payment partner before work begins. Funds are released to Freelancers on approval of deliverables or milestones, or as determined under the Dispute Resolution Policy.
2. Fees — Free to Use, 10% Withdrawal Fee
Ivynovahire is free to use. We do not charge Clients or Freelancers any service, listing, membership or commission fees for using the Platform or for Engagements. The only fee we charge is a withdrawal fee, applied when a Freelancer withdraws earnings.

| Withdrawal fee | 10% of the amount withdrawn, deducted at the time of withdrawal. |
Third-party payment providers (for example, card networks, banks or wallet services) may apply their own separate charges or currency-conversion costs, which are outside our control and are not part of Ivynovahire’s fees.
3. Taxes
Users are responsible for their own taxes arising from Engagements. Where required by law, we may collect and remit taxes (such as VAT/GST) and may request tax information. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated.
4. Payment Methods and Currencies
We support a range of international payment and payout methods and currencies through our payment partners. Availability may vary by country and is subject to partner terms and applicable law.
5. Chargebacks and Reversals
Fraudulent chargebacks are prohibited. We may investigate, reverse transactions, and recover amounts (including from balances or future earnings) where a chargeback, reversal or error occurs.
