Ivynovahire brings together two communities: Clients who need work done, and Freelancers (independent professionals) who deliver it. We provide the technology, payment protection and support that let them collaborate with confidence.
For Clients — Hiring Talent
- Post a job or browse services. Describe what you need, set your budget and timeline, or search ready-made service packages.
- Receive proposals or place an order. Qualified freelancers send proposals with pricing and delivery estimates; you can also order a fixed-price service package directly.
- Compare and hire. Review portfolios, ratings, reviews, skills and verification badges, then chat with candidates before you decide.
- Fund securely into escrow. Your payment is held safely by Ivynovahire and is only released to the freelancer when you approve the work or a milestone is met.
- Share files, exchange messages and track progress through the platform workspace.
- Approve and release payment. When you are satisfied, release the funds, then leave a review to help the community.
For Freelancers — Finding Work
- Create your profile. Showcase your skills, experience, portfolio and rates, and complete identity verification to earn trust badges.
- Find work. Browse and apply to jobs that match your skills, or publish fixed-price service packages clients can buy directly.

Payment Protection with Secure Escrow Every funded engagement on Ivynovahire is protected by our escrow system. Clients pay up front into a secure, segregated holding account; freelancers begin work knowing the funds are committed; and money is only released when agreed deliverables are approved.
